Wath, White Rose Morris Men and Barnsley Longsword are meeting up for a combined dance out at the ‘Head of Steam’ on the station from 8.30pm. This is a repeat of several other combined events held at the station and we are looking forward to an equally enjoyable occasion.

[ February 28, 2007; 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm. ] The team have been invited to repeat the successful dance outs of the last two years and are joining White Rose Morris and Barnsley Longsword at the Train Station Tavern on Wednesday 28th February for an evening of song and dance. Dancing will start at 8.30pm.
[ July 3, 2007; 7:45 pm to 11:30 pm. ] Dancing at the Concertina Club / Brewery in Mexboro from 7.45pm and later at the George and Dragon in Mexboro for dancing and music from 8.45pm.
[ June 19, 2007; 7:45 pm to 11:30 pm. ] Dancing at the Gate Inn in Swinton from 7.45 pm and moving on to the Woodman Inn in Swinton for a dancing and music session from 8.45 pm onwards. The team have an unfortunate history of letting the Woodman down due to illness and holidays so this is a chance to put things right.
[ June 5, 2007; 7:45 pm to 11:30 pm. ] Dancing from 7.45pm at the Station Hotel in Silkstone Common moving on to perform at the Ring O’ Bells in Silkstone from 8.45pm. Hopefully we will be joined by Barnsley Sword to help provide a more varied and interesting programme.
